Following the successful inaugural event in 2020, the I CANN Festival will once again take place in the calm oasis of the Italian Garden.

The programme starts on Friday 11 June at 5 pm with Pilates to unwind your week, followed by Yoga to unwind and relax.

Saturday 12 June classes run from 9 am beginning with Morning Meditation. There are classes throughout the day including Pilates for Posture, Yoga for Walkers and Runners in the morning and then at 2 pm Laughter Yoga – a great way to de-stress and invigorate your brain and immune system, plus have a really good laugh!

Hatha Yoga Flow follows at 3.30 pm and the afternoon completes with an hour of Osteobreath , Breathwork Therapy.

On Sunday morning a new Qigong and Tai Chi class will be held providing an introduction to the foundation of Tai Chi, keeping fit through motion and tranquility. The weekend finishes with an hour of Hatha Yoga Flow followed by Pilates for Posture.
